Terms & Conditions

Article 1 — Purpose

These terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) govern all sales concluded between Maison Séoul SAS and any person making a purchase on the maisonseoul.fr website. Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.

Article 2 — Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Items are sold Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): taxes and customs duties are included in the displayed price. No additional fees will be charged on delivery.

Maison Séoul reserves the right to change its prices at any time; items are invoiced at the rate in effect when the order is confirmed.

Article 3 — Ordering

An order is confirmed once the cart has been reviewed, the delivery address entered and the payment accepted. A confirmation email summarising the order is sent to the address provided. Maison Séoul reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a prior dispute or suspected fraud.

Article 4 — Payment

Payment is made online by Carte Bancaire (CB), Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. Transactions are secure and encrypted; no card details are stored by Maison Séoul.

Article 5 — Delivery

Orders are prepared and shipped from Seoul. The estimated delivery time for mainland France is 5 to 8 business days from order confirmation. A tracking number is provided as soon as the order ships.

If delivery is delayed by more than 7 days beyond the stated date, you can contact us: we will follow up with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, you will receive a full refund or a replacement shipment, whichever you prefer.

Article 6 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.

Procedure: ① report your return via the contact form or from your account; ② we send you a prepaid return label within 24 business hours; ③ drop off the parcel at the pickup point of your choice. Returns are free: return shipping costs are covered by Maison Séoul.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with their tags. The refund is issued no later than 14 days after we receive the return, to the payment method used for the order.

Article 7 — Legal warranties

All our items are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). In the event of a defect, contact us: the item will be repaired, replaced or refunded, with return shipping at our expense.

Article 8 — Disputes and mediation

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a complaint, first contact our customer care team via the contact form — reply within 24 business hours, support in English.

If no amicable resolution is reached, you may make free use of a consumer mediator (Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code) or the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
